● 第一天晚餐及第二天早餐的食物(將於簡介會進

    一步說明)

● 少量能量食品(如朱古力)

● 非即棄餐具(碗、碟、叉和筷子)及抹布

● 梳打粉(自備,每組一盒)

● 營具(均由本會提供,如帳篷、地蓆、炊具、營

               釘將於簡介會派發)

● 睡袋或夜間保暖衣物

 

建議物資:

● 個人藥物、驅蚊及防曬用品 (如太陽帽、防曬

    霜)

● 行山杖(可向本會申請借用)

● 雨衣

● 毛巾或手帕

● 替換衣物

● 洗漱用品

● *哨子(在緊急情況時用作求救)

*哨子可向本會購買,售價為$5 一隻

 

衣著要求:

● 穿著長袖衣褲、輕便運動鞋,及帶備禦寒衣物

**參加者不准穿著涼鞋或拖鞋,違例者將不可以隨隊出發

 

注意事項:

 

1. 參加者若未年滿 18 歲,需先獲得家長或監護人的

    簽署同意,方可參與是次活動。

2. 患有長期病患者(如哮喘、心臟病)不宜參加,若想

    參加亦必須先諮詢醫生意見。

3. 已完成所有報名程序的參加者若於報名期完結後

    要求退出或缺席活動,將不獲退回按金。

4. 活動為結伴同遊性質,本會並沒有為參加者購買

    個人保險,參加者須注意個人安全。如參加者在

    活動中,因自身行為或疏忽而導致任何受傷或意

    外,本會概不負責。

5. 基於行政及安全問題,請勿帶同未有成功報名之

    人士到場,本會亦不會容許他們隨隊出發。

6. 本會有權因應實際情況而更改活動內容(如遠足

    路線),並且不作另行通知。

活動簡介︰

 

東龍島是西貢最南端的島嶼,既有一望無際的大海,又無光害,是觀賞日出和觀星的勝地。更有趣的是,這座小島上有眾多歷史遺跡,包括已有三百多年歷史的炮台和香港史前時期的石刻,給這座島增添了神秘的色彩。趁期中考試剛完結,還不快加入我們東龍島露營活動,一邊享受自然風光,一邊聆聽東龍島的歷史故事﹖

路線: 東龍島(東龍島碼頭>>官方營地>>東龍炮台>>

           鹿頸灣>>東龍石刻>>東龍島碼頭)

路線長度: 約 8 公里

難度評級: ★★★☆☆(★☆☆☆☆為最容易,★★★★★為

                                    最具挑戰性)

                   (是次路線不長,部分行山路段已舖設混凝

                    土,但一小段上山路段爲陡峭石徑,參加                     者或需手足並用,但不需一定具備豐富行

                    山經驗)

                              油塘港鐵站A1出口(本會幹事將穿著

                              藍色會衣以作識別)

内容:● 參加者分組互相認識

            ● 教授執拾行露營行囊

            ● 參加者商討準備露營膳食

**注意:參加者必須出席露營簡介會。若有要事不能

               出席,必須預先通知,否則將被取消參加資

               格,已繳交之費用將不予退還。

『觀東•騰龍•環島』 三月露營活動   Camping in Tung Lung Island

Introduction:

 

Dung Lung Chau is the most southern island of Sai Kung, on which you can view the endless sea, and watch the sunrise and the stars without light pollution. What’s more, there are many historical sites on the island, including the fort with three hundred years of history and Hong Kong's prehistoric stone inscription, adding a mysterious color to the island. Since you just finished the mid-term exam, why not join this exciting camping activity? Not only can you enjoy the natural scenery, but you can also listen to the historical stories of the special island.

Target: All CUHK students and staff members, and all

             OAS members

Route: Dung Lung Chau

Briefing Session Details:

 

Date: 22 March 2017 (Wed)

Time: 1930-2100

Venue: Lady Shaw Building C1 (LSB C1)

Content: ●Knowing each other in your group

               ●Instruction of packing backpack

               ●Discussion on preparing meals for camping

                  in form of group

**Attention: Participants must attend briefing session.                          You are advised to inform us earlier if

                     you are not able to attend this session.

                     Any activity fee and deposit are non-

                     refundable if you do not attend this

                     session without any reason.

Participant Equipment List:

 

COMPULSORY equipment

 

● At least 2 liters of drinking water

● Octopus (at least $ 50)

● Small amount of cash (at least $ 100)

● Backpack (At least 45 liters of the capacity, can borrow

    from this Council)

● Mobile phone

● Dinner of the first day and breakfast of the second

    day(will be further explained in the briefing meeting)

● A small amount of energy food (such as chocolate)

● Non-disposable tableware (bowls, saucers, porks and

    chopsticks) and rags

● Comb powder (one box each group)

● Camping equipment(provided by the Society, such as

   tents, floor mats, cooking utensils, camping nails

   which will be distributed in the briefing meeting)

● Sleeping bags or warm clothing

 

SUGGESTED Equipment

 

● Personal drugs, mosquito repellent and sunscreen

    products (such as sun hat, sunscreen)

● Hill stick (can borrow from the Society)

● Raincoat

● Towels or handkerchiefs

● A change of clothes

● Toiletries

● **Whistle (used for signaling in an emergency)

**A whistle can be bought from us for $5 each.

 

CLOTHING Requirement

 

Wear long-sleeved shirts, sports trousers or other loose-fit trousers (Wearing jeans is highly discouraged)

*Participants are not allowed to wear slippers, or else they would not be allowed to join the team.

 

Important notes:

 

1.Persons below the age of 18 should request for the

   signed consent of their parent(s) or guardian(s) before

   participating in this activity.

2.Persons with long-term diseases (such as asthma or

   heart disease) are not advised to participate in this

   activity. Should they wish to participate, they should first

   seek the professional advice of a doctor first.

3.Deposit will be refunded if the activity is cancelled due to

   bad weather.

4.If participant is not able to participate the activity due to

   health problem, deposit will be fully refunded if

   participant shows out doctor’s proof.

5.Any participant who applies for activity successfully

   requires to quit or absent in the activity will not be

   refunded deposit.

6.If participant feels unpleasant before the activity starts,

   should inform person in charge before assembly time.
