2.Persons with long-term diseases (such as asthma or heart disease) are not advised to participate in this activity. Should they wish to participate, they should first seek the professional advice of a doctor first.

3.Any participant who applies for activity successfully requires to quit or absent in the activity will not be refunded deposit.

4.The society will not purchase any insurance for participants. Participants need to bear their own risk while participating in this activity. The society will not be responsible for any injuries during the course of the activity due to misbehavior or carelessness of the participant.

5.For safety reasons, people who have not successfully applied for this activity will not be permitted to follow the team.

6.The society reserves the right to amend the activity details (such as canoeing route) without prior notice.

7.Participants need to obey the instructions of coach while canoeing, leaving the team without approval is not allowed.

8.Participants must know swimming with life jacket wearing, co-organizer has right to have tests for all.

活動簡介︰

一學年的期末考剛結束，是否覺得無所事事，無處消遣呢？不如給自己一個機會挑戰自我，到戶外享受大自然，放鬆心情吧！配合一個學期的完結，香港中文大學縱行者將於2017年5月28日舉辦「獨樂樂不如眾樂樂」獨木舟西貢遊，帶你以最特別的方式-劃獨木舟進入美麗的大海到白沙洲與其他小島。沿海風光明媚，架著一葉扁舟，一路上欣賞著海島風光、豐富多樣的地質奇觀。徜徉在大海之上，欣賞著美妙的地質奇觀！

對象︰ 所有香港中文大學學生、教職員及所有縱行者會員 （須能游泳50米）

路線︰ 西貢大環村海豚獨木舟會→白沙洲及小島→西貢大環村海豚獨木舟會

集合時間及地點 （沙田）︰ 07︰30（逾時不候） 沙田港鐵站 A1 出口

集合時間及地點 （西貢）︰ 08︰30（逾時不候） 西貢市中心巴士總站水池旁

（本會幹事將穿著藍色會衣以作識別）

（以上兩個集合點，參加者可二選其一）

衣著要求︰

  • （活動時）泳衣、泳褲或其他適合的游泳裝備

  • 包腳跟及包趾膠鞋

**參加者不准穿著涼鞋或拖鞋，違例者將不可以隨隊出發

  • 飲用水最少 1 公升

  • 個人證件（如身份證或旅遊證件）

  • 八達通（最少儲值$50）

  • 背囊

  • 替換衣物

  • 手提電話

  • 輕便透氣及略為貼身的長袖外衣

  • 個人藥物、驅蚊及防曬用品 （如太陽帽、防曬霜）

3. 已完成所有報名程序的參加者若於報名期完結後要求退出或缺席活動，將不獲退回費用。

4. 活動為與外判機構合辦，本會及外判機構並沒有為參加者購買個人保險，參加者須注意個人安全。如參加者在活動中，因自身行為或疏忽而導致任何受 傷或意外，本會概不負責。

5. 基於行政及安全問題，請勿帶同未有成功報名之人士到場，本會亦不會容許他們隨隊出發。

6. 本會有權因應實際情況而更改活動內容（如獨木舟路線），並且不作另行通 知。

7. 進行獨木舟訓練時需聽從教練/指導員指示，並不可在未經負責人同意下擅自 離隊。

8. 參加者須能游泳50米，合辦機構有權要求參加者接受游泳測試。
