1. 參加者若未年滿 18 歲,需先獲得家長或監護人的簽署同意,方可參與是次活動。
2. 參加者須懂得游泳。
3. 基於安全問題，傷風或感冒者，長期病患者（例如患有心臟病、哮喘、呼吸度疾病、高血壓的人士） 不能參加。
4. 已完成所有報名程序的參加者若於報名期完結後要求退出或缺席活動,將不獲退回按金。
5. 本會及M6@X-dive group有為參加者購買個人保險，參加者須注意個人安全。請細閱稍後寄出的保險條款。如參加者於活動中，有任何因自身行為或疏忽而導致任何受傷、意外或財物損失，本會及M6@X-dive group概不負責。
6. 基於行政及安全問題,請勿帶同未有成功報名之人士到場,本會亦不會容許他們隨隊出發。
7. 若最終報名人數不足二十人，是次活動將會取消，全數款項將退回予已報名之人士。
8. 本會有權因應實際情況而更改活動內容,並且不作另行通知。
「海底奇兵大召集 塔門浮潛尋寶游」浮潛活動
“Snorkeling in Green Island ” Activity
活動簡介︰
炎炎夏日，想享受清澈見底的潮間帶、海灣的絕美景緻、彷彿未受污染的人間清境，最簡單、有趣、安全的方法就是參加縱行者的浮潛課程。本課程為期一天，在安全環境和專業教練指導下，讓參加者能盡情享受呼吸管浮潛的樂趣及窺探海洋的奧秘。活動選址為塔門，不但水清，珊瑚群落亦不少，更有機會遇到罕見的海洋生物如獅子魚、木軟珊瑚等。機會難得，切勿錯過。

Introduction:
Have you ever wondered how the scene looks like underneath the ocean? Here comes a chance. This activity is a one day course, aiming at provide you all a safe, easy and unforgettable snorkeling experience in Green Island. Come and join us!

Important notes:
1.Persons below the age of 18 should request for the signed consent of their parent(s) or guardian(s) before participating in this activity.
2 Participants must have basic swimming skills.
3.Persons who have common cold, with long-term diseases (such as asthma or heart disease) are not allowed to participate in this activity.
4.Any participant who applies for activity successfully requires to quit or absent in the activity will not be refunded deposit.
5. The details of insurances will be sent later. Please carefully read the details. CUSUOAS and M6@X-dive group are not responsible for any self-caused accidents.
6.Participants cannot bring any unsuccessful applicants to the activity.
7.The activity will be cancelled if there is less than 20 participants.
8. CUSUOAS has the right to change the details of activity due to real situation without notifying.
